I am Aarti and I stand for W.E. (Women Empowerment).
Being a WoMAN is intimidating in itself as it represents World of Man. Like many others, I too dream of a world where every individual is free to pursue a life regardless of color, race or gender. A life where one is free to choose different roles from being a daughter, a sister, a wife, a mother, a friend, a lover, a mentor, a leader. While some of these roles do not always come with a “pick me” choice, one should always have the right to pick the best for oneself.
Our society has transformed and transitioned to accommodate this right to some extent, but we still witness some bias, especially when it comes to the WoMAN of today.
I stand for W.E. (Women Empowerment). I will always try my very best to be:
- your eye- to identify the opportunities of women empowerment and bringing you a step closer to achieve your ambitions
- your ears- to bring to you the latest happenings around the world on women empowerment and keep you informed to make insightful decisions
- your voice- to help create an equal world and help you speak up to rightfully call what is yours

I am a doting wife and mother and live with my husband and two children in sunny California, USA. I have a Master of Arts degree in Psychology as well as in Business Administration and also a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science. Working as a technical professional in the IT sector for over 15 years hasn’t curbed my enthusiasm to continue exploring art including writing, one of the few art forms I am passionate about.
